SPC Flooring, also known as Stone Plastic Composite Flooring, is a new generation of rigid core vinyl flooring. It is made of natural limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride, and stabilizers, which combine to create an extremely durable, waterproof, and dimensionally stable floor covering. With click-lock installation, SPC flooring is widely used in residential, commercial, and public spaces.

Production Process

Raw Material Mixing – Blend limestone powder, PVC, and stabilizers.

Extrusion – Extrude into rigid core sheets.

Film Lamination – Heat-press decorative film and wear layer onto the core.

Cooling & Cutting – Cool down and cut into standard planks.

Click-Lock Milling – Create interlocking edges with precision machines.

Quality Inspection – Check thickness, color, and locking strength.

Packaging – Pack in cartons with pallet protection.

Installation Process

Surface Preparation – Ensure subfloor is flat, clean, and dry.

Underlayment (Optional) – Lay IXPE/EVA foam under SPC for better sound absorption.

Plank Installation – Use click-lock system to connect planks without glue.

Cutting & Fitting – Cut planks to fit walls, corners, or irregular shapes.

Edge Finishing – Install skirting boards or trims for a neat appearance.

Final Inspection – Ensure seamless joints and flat surface.
